Why this exists
I write the newsletter I wish I'd had when I started.
When I got into property investing, most of the advice I found was either American, theoretical, or just plain wrong. Nothing was specific to NZ, and nothing showed me the actual numbers.
So I started writing about what I was actually doing, the deals, the renovations, the wins, and the things that went sideways. Turns out a lot of people were looking for exactly that.
