The Property collective officially start on 1 March 2024. 

We have a foundation member cohort of 30 people on special pricing. Then will open up to regular pricing after that.

The doors won't always be open for new members but will announce when opening or closing for new members.

The Live online masterclasses will be run on the 2nd Monday of each month - starting 11th March 2024. The format will be approx 45-60 min of education from myself and occasional expert guests, with 15-30 min of Q & A, so no longer than 90min total.

These will be recorded and available to watch on demand for as long as you are a member.

The masterclasses will cover a range of topics to help you become a successful property investor.

• March Masterclass - 'Getting ready to Invest' - what are the vital things you need to know BEFORE you buy your first investment property.
• April Masterclass - 'Structures - getting it right at the start' - there are a few different structures to buy property in, and having the wrong one could cost you thousands.
• May Masterclass - 'Sale & Purchase agreements - how to give yourself the best chance of winning' - To buy property you need to put in offers, and knowing how to craft a winning S & P agreement is the crucial first step.

• Finance - understanding how this works, more than just about anything else, will put you on the road to success.
• Negotiations - Knowing how to get what you need while coming across as a complete dickhead. 
• Renovating for cashflow - We all want positive cashflow & a smart renovation is one of the best ways to achieve this. But its not as simple as a fresh coat of paint and some new carpet.
• Flipping 101 - how to guarantee* success 
•  Property Management - DIY or get in an expert.

Office hours is a live online weekly meet up. This will have a mixture of Q & A, case studies, expert guests, property market updates & different strategies for specific investor situations. 

These will be open to any members to attend and will be held on Tuesday's at  9am - 10am. 

We will expand to a 2nd day (Possibly Wednesday 12pm - 1pm once collective membership reaches a higher level)

Think a cross between a facebook group and personal communication channel between Yourself - Me - & a small group of other property investors (and aspiring investors) to ask questions, share wins, show before & after shots, and build friendships as we journey through the NZ property investment space.

The Property Collective is a community where you are free to leave when ever you want. We won't hold you hostage to dictate a minimum time.

BUT..... This is a setting where I can help you become a successful property investor for less than $20 per week. So the longer you stay the more you will learn (both from me and from the others in this collective)

The way the trainings are set out, the optimal time to be a member is 1 year. The masterclasses will be all re-freshed and then repeated in following years. But there is no limit to just 1 year membership.

Great question. And one I have heard a lot. There is so much mis-information on social media and bad information will end up costing you a lot in the long run. Almost every day I see questions on facebook property groups with wildly different answers, and a lot of very poor and harmful advice. If this is where you are getting your property education from... please be careful.
