1:1 Mentoring 

If you are serious about finding success in property investing here in New Zealand... You need to get along side someone who has experience and expertise in this market. Someone who can answer all your questions, and guide you successfully toward your property goals.

Someone to hold your hand and answer those specific questions, relating to your exact situation, or the exact house / reno your are researching.

I am offering a limited number of 1:1 mentorship opportunities. This can be for people/couples anywhere in NZ, using online tools (WhatsApp / Zoom). This will be directly with me. Not outsourced to a 'team member' but 100% with me.

 

The first intake will begin mid August 2025.

 

This will be a 6 week mentorship, made up of:

  • 1x 30 minute live zoom call per week
  • Unlimited 1:1 advice / questions to me (using WhatsApp - and can be videos, voice messages, text, live calls - during normal office hours)
  • Access to my digital educational material
  • Just $250 / week (for 6 weeks)

YES!! Unlimited advice / mentorship for 6 weeks.

Get my personal number and call/message/live video me with any questions you have during regular office hours. This is great during a property project for deal sourcing advice, negotiation help, renovation strategies or planning out the best way to add value to flip.

 

Why 6 weeks?

  • If you are searching for the 'perfect' deal, this gives us good amount of time to look at different properties, run the numbers, negotiate hard & make sure you are getting a great deal.

  • If you have bought and doing a reno - we will look at the intended outcome (value increase / rental increase) and create the reno blueprint to best suit you. Give you advice and ideas to keep the budget down and the speed up the process.

 

Is this for beginners or Investors with some experience ?
  • Both. If you are wanting personalised help on your property investing journey - then this is for you.

 

Can we do this for more than 6 weeks?
  • Sure. 6 weeks was a good starting point, and enough time to get some real traction for you. Without the cost / commitment of a longer timeframe

Just who is Nathan?

If you are just finding my content for the first time, welcome, and let me share some of my story.

I have been investing in property here in Christchurch for over 20 years. Buying, adding value, renovating, renting out and selling. I have done dozens of my own projects, as well as helping many others on their property journey.

Along with property investing I have created and operated a number of service based business complementing my property investing. 

Property Management, Renovation Project Management, and a Waste Management business were among the successful business I have been involved with.

I'm now putting all the knowledge and experience into helping others achieve their success on their own property investment journey.
