Common questions

Do I need to be pre-approved for finance?

It helps. Having finance sorted speeds everything up and tells us exactly what you can borrow. I can introduce you to mortgage advisors who specialise in investment property.

Can I use this for a flip?

Yes. In our strategy session we'll define why you're buying: flip, long-term buy & hold, or potential subdivision, and that determines the deals we target.

I don't live in Christchurch. Is that OK?

Yes, you can live anywhere (overseas included). The service covers Christchurch properties only, as this is where I'm based and it's a very hands-on service.

How long does this take?

The program runs over 12 weeks, and my goal is to have you into a cash flowing property within 90 days. With finance approved, securing a property can take as little as 3–4 weeks.

Can you manage the renovation for me?
