We seem to have a serious rental shortage here in Christchurch.
Why is that??
There are not enough rental properties available.
And I have outlined 3 reasons for this....
1/ Tenancy changes
2/ Tax changes
3/ Increased Immigration
Will this be a quick fix? Probably not.
