Additional Add Ons

Sometimes you need more specialised help from time to time. There are add-ons you can get for some extra one off help. (only available to Mentorship Clients)

  • Additional Deep Dive Call - If you are reviewing a deal and need more than the 30 minute 1:1 call. This would be a good option. 
  • More Deal or SPA Reviews - (Partner tier already gets these unlimited). You can request extra deal reviews to fine tune the offer you are putting in. Price, deposit, entity, conditions, timing - each one matters - and you want to get it right.
  • Renovate Right - What you do in a Value-Add  renovation matters. I can produce a reno scope for your deal. What to do, what to leave, costings overview, and what jobs will create the best ROI.
  • On-site Walk through - Christchurch only at this stage. We can go through the property (together if you are in the area). Could be before you put in your offer, during due diligence, or as part of the reno planning.Â
