- Additional Deep Dive Call - If you are reviewing a deal and need more than the 30 minute 1:1 call. This would be a good option.
- Renovate Right - What you do in a Value-Add renovation matters. I can produce a reno scope for your deal. What to do, what to leave, costings overview, and what jobs will create the best ROI.
- On-site Walk through - Christchurch only at this stage. We can go through the property (together if you are in the area). Could be before you put in your offer, during due diligence, or as part of the reno planning.
