What kind of 'deals' am I finding here in Christchurch ?

1. Flips - short term deals where we can add value (usually via a renovation - but other ways too) and then be re-sold for a profit. Normally these deals have a  2-4 months turnaround.

2. Value add Buy & Hold - these are longer term hold properties. Almost always with some value add strategy needed to obtain a positive cashflow result. Renovation, minor dwelling, subdivision are some of the strategies with these - but bought as intended for longer term hold.
