Is this a sales call for your coaching programme?
No. The session is a standalone service β you're paying for an hour of my time and you'll get exactly that. If at the end of it you want to explore working together further, we can talk about that. But there's no pitch and no pressure.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this still useful?
Yes β probably especially for you. A lot of beginners spend months consuming content without ever getting clarity on their own situation. That's exactly what this session cuts through.
I already own investment properties. Is this worth my time?
If you're trying to figure out your next move β how to build from one to three properties, whether to renovate or sell, how to structure your portfolio β yes, absolutely.
Do you only cover Christchurch?
I'm based in Christchurch and my deepest market knowledge is Canterbury. But the strategy and framework applies across NZ. If you're investing in another region, the session is still valuable β just be aware my on-the-ground knowledge is most specific to greater Christchurch.
